Hannah Stott
Program Coordinator I: Texas A&M
Positioning Statement: Excited for the opportunity to work within the NFL and professional sports industry.
ABOUT

I have had the privilege of working within the event industry since 2013. That opportunity has provided me with a unique skills set of being able to adapt and go with the flow, on an expert level. From having to pivot and change an event’s itinerary mid-day, to working crisis management and ensuring guest safety at a moment’s notice and juggling the other event details in between. However, through all, I have learned that adapting is vital.
Now that my current position is more office focused, I really thriving on problem solving from the scheduling side. I currently schedule all of the classes, meetings, and events for the College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences, and being able to “make it all fit” is the fun part. I still enjoy the event pieces of my job but the daily scheduling is really where I enjoy being able to problem solve and resolving scheduling issues is a big part of that.
With my past experiences, at the time I don’t think I knew what my goals were other than just trying to do my best. However, looking back, I have been a part of some of the best event teams and have contributed to some amazing events in my time in the industry. Now, I realize that I had just wanted my team to be successful and to me, that it one of my favorite goals I have been apart of and achieved. That I get to say I was a part of one of the most successful event teams at the company.
As I have enjoyed and thrived within my events career, I am looking forward to the next move and I am open to additional opportunities in the event world that bridge my love of sports and my curated skillset together.
